By downloading, installing, or using TapCycle, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

1. License

Darren Anderson grants you a free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use TapCycle for your personal, non-commercial use.

TapCycle is provided free of charge. Donations are voluntary and do not purchase any additional rights or ownership in the software.

2. Restrictions

You may not, without written permission from Darren Anderson:

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense TapCycle.
• Charge another person for access to TapCycle.
• Redistribute or commercially distribute TapCycle.
• Modify, repackage, or create derivative versions of TapCycle for distribution.
• Remove or alter copyright, license, or other ownership notices.
• Claim TapCycle or any portion of it as your own.
• Include TapCycle in a commercial product or service.

Nothing in this Agreement prohibits activities that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

3. Ownership

TapCycle, including its software, code, design, graphics, documentation, and related materials, remains the property of Darren Anderson.

This Agreement gives you permission to use TapCycle; it does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

4. No Warranty

TapCycle is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Darren Anderson does not guarantee that TapCycle will:

• Work correctly on every computer or version of Windows;
• Be free from bugs or errors;
• Remain available or receive future updates; or
• Meet any particular purpose or requirement.

You use TapCycle at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Darren Anderson will not be responsible for any loss, damage, expense, or other liability arising from or related to your use or inability to use TapCycle.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, computer problems, or consequences resulting from using TapCycle with other software, websites, games, or services.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use TapCycle and for complying with the rules, terms of service, and policies of any other software, website, game, or service with which you choose to use it.

TapCycle does not connect to the internet or collect personal information.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using TapCycle and may be required to remove it from your devices.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Darren Anderson may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will be made available with or alongside TapCycle.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
